We are seeking a seasoned Event Project Manager to lead our most significant events, including large-scale festivals happening abroad in countries like Romania, Italy, and more. These events draw considerable attention and require meticulous planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Innovation: Integrate our brand into social and digital platforms, creating immersive experiences that leave a lasting impact.
- Cultural Curator: Stay attuned to cultural, aesthetic, and consumer trends to develop compelling event concepts.
- Strategic Collaborations: Cultivate partnerships with influencers, creators, and brands that align with our brand identity.
- Budgetary Precision: Navigate budgetary constraints while maintaining the integrity of visionary concepts.
- Engagement Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure event impact and extract insights for future initiatives and negotiate contracts with stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications
- Experiences in managing large-scale events with over 10 000 attendees.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Czech and English language (C1 level).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active driver with a valid driver's license and comfort with driving. Flexible with frequent travel to various event locations.
