Project support - social media listening and community management project

Požadavky: Do you have experience with social media?Are you interested in automotive industry? We are currently looking for a new colleague, who will be responsible for project support in social media listening and community management project (external position).

what will be your job

ensuring effective communication within cross-functional teams developing functional solution of the strategy and steps to achieve widespread success of the project and its partial parts

informing and reporting about the project status to client´s project responsible within different departments, the members of the project team and the Social Media Hub Coordinator

prepares content for publication, tracks reactions and interactions in social media.

evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of communication & monitors the relevant themes

prepares KPI reports on a regular basis.

prepares weekly / monthly publication plans and reports together with leading agency.

coordinates community management within the scope of its responsibility.

monitoring timing, processes, and reports on budgets within the project

ensuring communication, control and management of external communication agency

prepare PPT presentations as a source material for meetings

coordination of tasks related to project management

ensuring the contribution of the latest know-how to the development of the project

support in analysis of client´s HQ social media channels

following internal client´s procedures for the successful operation of the project and its sub deliverables with client and with subsequent subcontractors

ensuring the approval of final decisions by client´s employees

ensuring individual contribution to the development of the project in a form of proactive approach

who we are looking for

bachelor degree

czech C1, English language C1

professional experience with social media including community management and SoMe listening

strong project management skills

proactivity and ability to work under pressure

excellent time management skills
