We, the P&O Strategy & Data (ST&D) team, are dedicated to strengthening data-driven strategy development and deployment within the People and Organization (P&O) function to help us to better co-own the overall Siemens transformation.

What part will you play?

* As a Product Owner you are the go-to-person for our P&O Insights Platform. A platform that enables people analytics across the organization. Together with a cross functional team you will manage the platform development, growth, and operations. You will:
* Continuously increase the platform’s value and growth
* Ensure that the platform vision and strategy meet future requirements and support the transformation towards a data driven P&O
* Translate stakeholder requirements into product increments
* Manage backlog and plan sprints
* Communicate about our platform
* Oversee operations (user and data management, technical operations, user support…)

What you bring:

* You have a profound track record of managing analytics products in a complex global organization
* You bring expert Power BI and Microsoft analytics solutions knowledge
* You have a passion for data especially in the P&O domain
* You have worked as a data scientist/analyst in an international environment, preferably in P&O
* You have led agile product developments
* You bring P&O domain and IT knowledge and interest in trends and market development
* You have good knowledge on GDPR and its implications on the work with personal data
* You are passionate, willing to work in an empowered environment and to continuously learn. In addition, your social competence, communications skills, and team spirit stand out
* You have broad international and intercultural experience complemented by fluent English language skills
