Are you excited about accounting and procurement? Join the team as Junior Purchase Requisition Analyst at the Prague branch of our international client and gain experience in a multinational company producing many of the strongest brands of everyday care products.

Making sure purchase requisition processes run smoothly

Acting as point of contact for interactions between requestors, business partners and other internal stakeholders

Sorting low touch, high touch and no touch transactions and providing guidance accordingly

Providing assistance with processes such as creating requisitions or creating, receiving and closing purchase orders

Managing requisitions in the internal system

Providing end-user support for electronic marketplaces

Making sure correct supplier data is collected in a timely manner

Požadujeme

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Focus on customer service and communication skills

Communicative English at least at B2 level

Strong MS Excel skills and good skills in other MS Office tools

1 to 2 years of experience in procurement or R2P, sourcing, accounts payable or accounting processes

Prior knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing systems is a plus

Work experience in an international team

Work in an attractive location in Prague 5

5 weeks of holidays and 5 sick days per year

Remote work for up to 2 days a week

Meal allowance of CZK 115 per day
