Become our Customer Superhero! 

Our Order Management team (12 strong) is on a mission to become the ultimate customer champions within the filter industry. We handle orders for both internal production and external heavy-duty & industrial clients.

Heres the deal:

Youll be a key contact for several customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their orders are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

But wait, there is more!

We recently leveled up, taking on complex order issues that require management-level interaction. This means youll get to put your problem-solving skills to the test and become a master negotiator (think cost-benefit analysis and persuasive arguments).

What kind of activities are you going to master? 

• Order Management: Youll handle and process complex orders with laser focus, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations (think German precision meets English charm). We have a ticketing system and clear processes. 
• Customer Communication: Youll be the go-to person for customer inquiries and complaints, update them on progress of their orders. Turning frowns upside down is your specialty! (Approx. 60 % of communication is in German, 40 % in English)
• Information: Youll translate complex order details into clear, actionable plans, guiding both customers and colleagues through the process. 
• Projects: Youll have the opportunity to participate in (or even lead!) low-risk projects, expanding your skillset and becoming a true team asset.

Will you fit in? 

• Education:  You have a High school diploma / University degree in a relevant field. 
• Experience:  Having battled customer service challenges before is a big advantage. You know how to keep calm and carry on, even when things get tricky.
• Languages:  You speak German (B2) and English (B2) fluently! 
• Tech Skills:  MS Office 365 (especially Excel) is your digital weapon. Knowing the SAP system is an added bonus. 
• Soft Skills:  You have eagle eyes for detail and a heart of gold for customer needs. Youre a master collaborator who builds bridges, not walls. Self-motivated mindset keeps you focused on customer satisfaction.
