As a Business Intelligence Team Leader, youll lead a small talented team (3-4 colleagues) of analysts in designing and implementing innovative BI solutions that inform and guide our strategic initiatives.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, providing guidance and support to drive performance and foster professional growth
• Hands on coding or report building if needed
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities and translate them into actionable BI strategies and initiatives
• Oversee the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and drive informed decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven insights
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics to continuously enhance our capabilities and drive innovation 

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experienced with ETL tools
• Strong technical proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, Looker Studio or similar
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
• Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically about business challenges and opportunities
