You will cooperate with experts and project managers on improvement ideas and their implementations.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
* You help us facilitate and drive the implementation and rollout activities of innovation and improvement (sub-) projects
* Under the lead of the senior colleague you support the identification, description and development of use cases
* You will be involved in conducting analyses and assessments of existing Business Administration and Finance processes and tool landscapes in order to standardize, harmonize and improve performance, quality and costs
* Together with other experts you will be the contact person and interface between the Shared Services Delivery Centers and our international Headquarters as well as for other stakeholders
* You support the set-up and maintenance of project management and controlling tools, including the control and release of status reports, project documentation, and training materials
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
* Currently you are studying business administration, accounting, economics or a similar subject and looking for a student job for 10 -20 h / week
* You have a strong affinity for Information Technology, preferable skills: Microsoft Standard Software, SAP, as an advantage is PowerBI. VBA, or Tableau (Analytics)
* You possess the ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form, in German, English and also in Czech
