We are looking for a colleague for the position of IT Risk Specialist of the newly built IT Risk Management Global Competence Centre located in the Czech Republic. The GCC will be providing services to internal customers across the whole Vienna Insurance Group, operating mainly in Central and Eastern Europe. As IT risk specialist, you will work in a team of 4 colleagues and be responsible for implementation and operation of group-wide IT Risk Management and ICT third-party risk management tools, methodologies and processes.
* Basic knowledge of IT Risk Management and 3rd party Risk Management processes.
* Experience with design and deployment of GRC, BPM or ITSM tool and methodology.
* Basic understanding of JavaScript.
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory documents related to IT Risk requirements in the financial industry is an advantage.
* Analytical skills and experience to understand, structure and prepare/explain complex topics.
* Proactive approach and ability to complete tasks in timely and accurate manner.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware/virtualization/OS/application SW/public Cloud).
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
* Experience with IT Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity management is an advantage.
* Cybersecurity background is an advantage.
Very good English and fluent czech is a must for this position.
Key responsibilities:
* Design, maintain and execute IT Risk Management and 3rd party Risk Management processes
* Provide operational support for the ITRM toolset
* Constant interaction with service owners, team members, and various departmental teams from the entire VIG group teams to accomplish short and long-term goals/tasks
* Cooperate on implementation projects as an effective project team member
