**Your tasks will be:**
* Lead and manage two teams at belonging to the division “Digitalization Delivery”: Engineering/Commissioning and Network Technology
* Manage and develop the extension and integration of the teams into the international Krones.digital community
* Assist the team in technical questions and strategic decisions
* Ensure a flexible set of projects and tasks our teams can contribute
* Collaborate with senior management to develop the Krones.digital strategy
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with all relevant counterparts
* Collaborate with external partners and developing on-going strategies
* Provide resource and team planning together with Krones.digital Resource Responsible
* Recruitment of new talents and specialists
* Quality and safety assurance of the Operations Console
* Represent Konplan, Krones.digital and contact to universities
* Contribute, if possible, to the team’s projects
