**Become part of an international team. We are looking for a person for the position of Process Engineer Bladders.**
**YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILTIES**
* Drive knowhow and best practice exchanges between tire and bladder plants in close cooperation with tire curing & building process teams.
* Driving continuous process improvement (efficiency, stability) through a global Processing Network.
* Responsible for bladder production process standardization and optimization initiatives in bladder plants.
* Responsible for know-how collection & documentation for various processes for bladder production.
* Support tire plants in bladder related trouble shooting in close cooperation with R&D, Quality and Process counterparts.
* Support tire plants with bladder cost reduction and bladder lifetime increase initiatives.
* Support development & coordinate implementation of manufacturing systems in bladder production plants.
