We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Java Developer to join our e-Fixed Income (eFI) team!

If you have a passion for building fast, reliable, low-latency trading systems and want to work closely with traders, quants, and tech experts, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in integrating TransFICC connectivity and optimizing one of the most important e-trading platforms in FX and Fixed Income. Your deep understanding of the financial markets and hands-on technical skills will help shape the future of electronic trading.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and improve Java-based low-latency trading systems that power our eFI platform

• Integrate TransFICC for smooth market connectivity

• Boost performance, reliability, and scalability of our trading infrastructure

• Collaborate daily with traders, quants, and other tech teams to deliver business-critical solutions

• Write high-quality, well-tested code using TDD and agile practices

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of Java development experience, especially in trading environments

• Strong skills in building low-latency, multi-threaded systems

• Solid knowledge of Fixed Income and FX RFQ workflows and trading infrastructure

• Comfortable working with TDD, DDD, Linux, networking protocols (TCP/UDP/HTTP)

• Familiarity with AWS, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling

• Excellent communicator who loves solving complex problems

• Bonus: Experience with TransFICC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, BDD), and electronic trading platforms
