The Restaurant Associate (RA) works in close cooperation with the Restaurant Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant partners maximise their opportunity for success.

The Restaurant Associate is responsible for assisting our restaurant partners in onboarding the venues, ensuring their menus are updated on the platform and offering general day-to-day support.

Responsibilities & Duties

Onboarding venues into Wolt’s platform. This includes photography, menu, POS integration, translation and training.
Managing ongoing improvements to restaurant partner menus on the platform.
Using data to proactively contact restaurant partners in order to improve their performance, while also assisting our Support team in handling restaurant more complex partner support tickets.
Working alongside our Marketing team and restaurant partners to assist with value-added marketing campaigns to increase restaurant orders.
Assisting the Restaurant team with other ad-hoc tasks
