**In this role you will**

* We entrust you with responsibility for production, operations management, planning and optimization.

* You will be responsible for the P&L and development of the department with approx. 40 colleagues.

* Your responsibilities will include strategic direction of the team in line with the central team.

* We expect you to use your know-how in your assigned area to lead key projects, product portfolio and selecting appropriate solutions and subcontractors.

* You will be expected to have direct contact and maintain good relationships with leaders of the companys support departments.

* You can look forward to monitoring the market in your assigned area, innovation, digital development and resource optimization.

* Last but not least, you will be responsible for reporting the assigned KPIs directly to the management in the Czech Republic and the central team in Germany.
