Front End Engineer - ReactJS

Role Description: As a Front End Engineer specializing in ReactJS, you will play a crucial role in developing new components with equivalent functionality, creating entirely new components, and customizing adjustments at the screen level. You will contribute directly to making our vision a reality, working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence and inclusivity.

Current Team Composition:

• Tech Lead
• UX Engineer
• 3 Front End Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new components within the ReactJS framework, ensuring functionality matches or exceeds existing standards.
• Develop entirely new components to enhance the user experience and meet project goals.
• Perform custom screen-level adjustments to cater to the unique needs of our users, mainly focusing on accessibility features.
• Collaborate closely with the tech lead, UX engineer, and fellow front-end engineers to deliver a seamless and accessible user experience.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions, embodying the companys agile and customer-centric mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in ReactJS, with a strong understanding of its core principles and lifecycle.
• Minimum of a medior level of experience in front-end development.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Passionate about creating accessible and user-friendly digital solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
