Front End Engineer - ReactJS
Role Description: As a Front End Engineer specializing in ReactJS, you will play a crucial role in developing new components with equivalent functionality, creating entirely new components, and customizing adjustments at the screen level. You will contribute directly to making our vision a reality, working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence and inclusivity.
Current Team Composition:
- Tech Lead
- UX Engineer
- 3 Front End Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new components within the ReactJS framework, ensuring functionality matches or exceeds existing standards.
- Develop entirely new components to enhance the user experience and meet project goals.
- Perform custom screen-level adjustments to cater to the unique needs of our users, mainly focusing on accessibility features.
- Collaborate closely with the tech lead, UX engineer, and fellow front-end engineers to deliver a seamless and accessible user experience.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions, embodying the companys agile and customer-centric mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in ReactJS, with a strong understanding of its core principles and lifecycle.
- Minimum of a medior level of experience in front-end development.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Passionate about creating accessible and user-friendly digital solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
