What Youll Do

As a conscientious and service-oriented Working Student in IT Service Team, you’ll support the employees in our Prague office regarding all questions relating to information and telecommunications technology in our Microsoft-based corporate environment. This includes installing, configuring, and commissioning hardware and software components and ensuring that they function properly, as well as training and advising users. Furthermore, you’ll document your tasks in our ticketing system and prepare technical documentation, instructions, and best-practice descriptions. You’ll support videoconferences both at the client’s site and in-house and perform logistical and administrative tasks in the IT environment, such as the acceptance and inventory of goods. As a member of our global second-level IT service team, you’ll work together closely with other internal IT functions and external service partners, ensuring the implementation and smooth operation of local, regional, and global IT solutions and projects.

What Youll Bring

• You are currently pursuing a degree in a field related to Information Technology
• You have sound knowledge of hardware and software, mobile devices, networks, and the latest Microsoft and Apple products (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services)
• You are comfortable interacting with people and have experience effectively communicating and presenting technical concepts to colleagues and staff
• You have excellent Czech/Slovak and very good written and spoken English language skills

Who Youll Work With

You’ll be part of the local IT Service Team in Prague. The team is comprised of people with different professional profiles who complement one another perfectly. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
