• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically in Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday Studio, calculated fields, condition rules, and business process frameworks.
• Experience configuring: Time Calculation Rules, Work Schedules and Calendars, Accruals and Eligibility Rules
• Active Workday certifications

Location: Poland, remote.
Type of engagement: project-based, 6 months contract with possibility of extension.

You will be involved in all phases of Implementation, AMS Support and Delivery across UST customers and responsible for driving the engagement. We need a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to wear multiple hats! Together with practice leadership you will help build the UST Global Workday practice.
