As a Workday Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and configure the Workday platform to meet our unique organizational needs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient Workday solutions.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:, ◦ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to HR processes and workflows., ◦ Analyze existing processes and systems (SAP) to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Workday., ◦ Execute massive data migration from SAP to Workday HCM, 2. Configuration and Customization:, ◦ Configure Workday HCM modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices., ◦ Customize Workday reports, dashboards, and business processes to optimize system functionality., ◦ Implement integrations with other systems as needed., 3. Testing and Quality Assurance:, ◦ Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Workday configurations., ◦ Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or discrepancies., 4. Training and Support:, ◦ Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality and best practices., ◦ Act as a subject matter expert, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner., 5. Collaboration:, ◦ Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of Workday with existing systems and processes., ◦ Collaborate with external consultants or vendors as needed for specialized expertise., 6.
