• Language requirements: English at least B2, Polish at least C1.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of running schedules;
• previous experience in Contact Center industry;
• Knowledge of labor law - an additional advantage;
• People management competencies - an additional advantage;
• Knowledge of the transaction model - an additional advantage.
