What we’re looking for

• A strong sense of aesthetic and visual maturity
• Solid experience in designing product-focused websites and marketing experiences
• Strategic and conceptual thinking - not just visual polish
• Hands-on knowledge of brand systems and how they translate into digital
• Proficiency in Figma, from component-level design to front-end-ready layouts
• Fluency with AI-enhanced tools - we use them across design, dev, and documentation
• Experience working in cross-functional teams - we value collaboration over ego
• Ownership mindset - confidence across all phases of the project
• A degree in design, architecture, or visual arts is a plus (ASP, PJWSTK, WIT, etc.)

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience (agency or product-side)
• Portfolio that showcases aesthetic judgment, layout expertise, and strategic clarity
• Warsaw-based (we work hybrid, minimum 2 days/week in our Warsaw office)
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish
