• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content to various platforms and audiences.
• Audio editing proficiency (Audition, syncing audio/video, music and SFX selection).
• Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and process optimization.
• Awareness of current video trends and interest in AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript).
• Fluent English; basic German reading skills are a plus.
• Bonus: On-set experience and familiarity with camera equipment.
