• University degree in a technical field (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics).
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience – in validation or design, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of power electronics, HW/SW validation, and tools such as LabView, TestStand, LabWindows.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and international projects.
• Very good understanding of validation processes, testing principles, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2).
• Willingness to travel on business.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the automotive industry and implementing Lean principles.
• Programming knowledge (C/C++, Excel VBA).
• Knowledge of German or French.

Validation Laboratory Supervisor

For our client in the eDrive industry, we are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of Validation Laboratory Supervisor. The person in this role will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians conducting validation tests for power electronics, automotive electronics, and selected drive module components.
