Must have:

• 3–6 years of experience designing web experiences—especially in SaaS, B2B marketing, or content-heavy sites
• Deep expertise with Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and system file organization
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own priorities and communicating effectively across teams
• A collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset and experience working with engineers and marketing stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a web design system
• Familiarity with multi-language or internationalized websites
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows
• Comfort using analytics or behavior tools (GA4, Hotjar) to inform design
• Experience working in or around content-driven CMS environments
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-based wireframing, UX copy tools)

As a Web UX Designer on our team, you’ll help bring that mission to life through well-designed, user-centered experiences across our global marketing websites. Youll work closely with the UX/UI Director to support the execution of design system updates, contribute to scalable page templates and components, and create polished, responsive designs that reflect our global brand.

You should be confident working independently, comfortable navigating multiple time zones, and energized by structure, systems, and problem-solving.
