UX Designer

? What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction from concept to implementation.

• Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Participate in or lead user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.

• Work hand-in-hand with UX Writers and UX Researchers to create cohesive and accessible user experiences.

• Present your work confidently to stakeholders, welcome feedback, and iterate based on user and team input.

• Deliver polished design specifications and collaborate closely with developers during the implementation phase.

• Perform UX QA to ensure alignment with design intent and accessibility standards.

• Contribute to design documentation and champion user-centered best practices within the team.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally on web-based or enterprise-level products.

• Proficient in Figma (for design and prototyping) and familiar with tools like Miro.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Experience supporting or conducting user research, and translating findings into compelling design.

• Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player.

• Strong communication skills with a knack for clearly articulating design decisions.

• Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

? Bonus Points For:

• Experience working closely with UX Writers or contributing to UX copy.

• Leading or facilitating UX workshops or co-design sessions.

• Awareness of internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) best practices.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools.

• Comfort working within a large design system and a structured enterprise environment.
