UX Designer @ Experis Polska

• 7+ years of UX design experience with a strong emphasis on UI/visual design and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated experience building, extending, or maintaining design systems (Figma component libraries required).
• Proficiency in Figma and other collaboration/prototyping tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on time.
  Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English for a global team environment.
• Highly process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable documenting and scaling design practices.

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer. The designer will focus on tailoring design system components to security workflows, filling gaps, and building scalable Figma libraries. This role requires a strong foundation in UI/visual design, process discipline, and the ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a global team.
