Welcome guests at the entrance, check their tickets, guide them to their seats, and assist with directions to exits, restrooms, and concessions.Support a smooth and safe experience by helping customers in and out of their seats, using flashlights when needed, and assisting guests with special needs or mobility limitations.Maintain order and safety by answering questions, handling complaints, identifying disruptive behavior, and ensuring all guests follow safety rules.Keep the venue clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and making sure exit paths are clear and properly lit.Assist with any additional tasks required to support the team and enhance the guest experience.Požadujeme
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Czech or other languages is a strong assetAvailability from 3rd September until 12th October on designated show days Friendly, welcoming attitude with professional behavior and proper greetingsStrong customer service and hospitality mindsetAbility to stand for long hours and move frequently up and down stairsPresentable appearance: clean, straight posture, dressed in all black (shirt, pants, shoes without logos)Comfortable working in a loud and fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressureTeam player who collaborates well with othersAble to recognize when to involve a supervisor or escalate a situationNabízíme
