  • At least 3 years of experience developing automation solutions with UiPath.
  • Understanding of RPA lifecycle, from process assessment to production support.
  • Experience working in complex, regulated environments (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or public sector).
  • Knowledge of API integration, data management, and orchestration workflows.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English AND Polish
  • Certification in UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect is an advantage.
