Treasury & Payments Specialist

POPIS POZICE:
A leading global healthcare company is looking for a TCM Payment Specialist to join its finance team. In this role, you will manage payments from start to finish, ensuring they are executed on time, accurately, and in line with company procedures. You will also help improve processes, reduce manual work through automation, and provide support to internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute payments for multiple entities using SAP/D365, following treasury rules and schedules
- Keep all payment documentation accurate and up to date
- Investigate and resolve issues with unpaid, returned, or excluded payments
- Support colleagues and other teams with questions about the payment process
- Contribute to improving and automating payment processes to save time and reduce errors
- Track performance, support reporting, and maintain knowledge resources (manuals, FAQs, etc.)
- Ensure all actions comply with financial controls, company policies, and regulations
- Work closely with treasury, cash management, and local teams to deliver smooth and efficient payment operations

Contract length: 12 months

POŽADAVKY:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Cash Management
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and systems
- Experience with SAP FI/MM and Microsoft D365; S4Hana knowledge is a bonus
- Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team and in a multinational environment
