Required Skills / Abilities

• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and payment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• English - upper-intermediate (oral and written).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations, preferably within an international or fast-growing organization.
• Experience working with bank reconciliations, payment processing, and vendor master data management.
• Previous exposure to audit preparation and financial reporting processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
