YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years proven consultancy background and/or project/product management
• Fluent English and German, other languages are a plus
• Ability to translate complex technical aspects into business language
• Passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand, assimilate, and translate different points of view
• Team-player attitude with extensive communications skills appreciating international client-facing activities (travelling across Europe might be required)
• Comfortable working in complex, continuously moving environment with confidence and minimum guidance
• At least 1 year’ experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or any other project management tools, including dashboards development
• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/XP), any Scrum related certification is a plus
• Ability to gather, understand and define clearly business requirements
• Expertise in at least one business domain (banking, finance, automotive, manufacturing, life science, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Your primary focus will be in helping C-level stakeholders from German market to build innovative organizations and boost their businesses by steering and supporting transformation projects in all phases from strategy definition to implementation.
