• 10+ years of total experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of test management tools like Quality Center or Jira
• Experience in testing team coordination
• Experience in IT or/and Financial Institution
• Fluent spoken and written English
• A strong team player – highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in the department and acknowledging other areas/individuals roles and responsibilities
• Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
• Good knowledge of the Agile and Waterfall development methodology
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues
• Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, e.g. risk, customer experience and people to determine the implications and make recommendations as needed
• Proven expertise in data validation, ETL/ELT testing, and data migration QA

Nice to have:

• Software design, Python & GCP, automated testing of new and existing components in an Agile, DevOps and dynamic environment
• Knowledge and experience of GCP eco-system and data management frameworks
• Experience in test automation implementation
• Knowledge of Unix and Oracle environments
• Practical SQL knowledge
• ISTQB certification
