TEST ENGINEER

POPIS POZICE:

What the role involves:
- full testing of traction converters from an electrical and software perspective
- performing and evaluating functional and standardized tests
- uploading, debugging, and fine-tuning control software
- implementing small-scale software adjustments where needed
- identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
- maintaining all required documentation, including protocols and FAT reports
- participating in FATs, handing over equipment to customers, resolving technical issues
- occasional travel to customer sites to support commissioning
- close cooperation with the company’s headquarters in Geneva

POŽADAVKY:
- university or secondary education in electrical engineering
- previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
- ability to communicate in English
- responsibility, accuracy, flexibility, and independence
- strong communication skills and customer-facing approach
- valid electrical qualification under Czech Decree No. 50/1978
