Technical Skills:

• Software Testing Fundamentals:
  • Solid understanding of fundamental principles and methods of software testing (Test types, Test design techniques)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the testing process, from planning to execution and reporting
  • Experience in creating and documenting test cases and test suites.
• Test Automation
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cucumber).
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Foundations of Artificial Intelligence:
  • Understanding basic principles of AI, particularly machine learning
  • Ability to formulate, analyze, and optimize prompts for AI models (prompt engineering) like ChatGPT in testing solutions
  • Basic experience with requesting APIs is a plus
• Testing Tools:
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA/Xray).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Soft Skills:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical approach to identifying and resolving testing and automation issues.
• Communication Skills: Clear and precise communication of test results and challenges to team members and stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Collaboration in agile teams, willingness to share knowledge, and learn from others.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
• Solid knowledge of software testing fundamentals and methodologies.
• Practical experience with test automation and AI tools or projects involving prompt engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB).
• Practical experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with international teams.
