• Minimum of 8 years commercial work experience
• Proven experience leading technical teams in fast-paced, product-focused environments
• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in full-stack development (or deep expertise in backend while understanding the frontend systems)
• Proficiency in Cloud computing and DevOps technologies
• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern development practices
• Able to work with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and/or Kanban
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and business needs
• Team player and a leading by example approach
• Fluency in English

In this role, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of engineers in building scalable, reliable, and impactful products that transform how people interact with real estate and property management technology in Europe.

As a technical and team leader, you’ll define system architecture, ensure engineering excellence, and be directly involved in coding and reviewing key components when needed. You’ll play a pivotal role in setting priorities, managing technical delivery, and ensuring the team consistently meets milestones and quality standards.
