Technical Product Owner & Solution Architect @ Winged IT

Your skills and experiences:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field required;
• 3+ years of experience in a hybrid role covering product ownership, solution architecture, and IT project management;
• Proven track record of delivering IT or digital transformation projects end-to-end;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), networking fundamentals, and infrastructure integration;
• Solid understanding of operating systems, databases, and modern data processing tools;
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging practices;
• Strong knowledge of IT project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall);
• Ability to design and validate scalable technical architectures;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus);
• Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Employer: International sensor company

Location: Bielsko-Biała (hybrid work: 2-4 days per month in the office)

Rate: 30 000 - 36 000 PLN on UoP

Cooperation model: Employment contract

This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of a Product Owner, the organizational and delivery focus of a Project Manager, and the technical expertise of a Solution Architect. The role requires strong hands-on technical skills in networking, cloud services, and data processing, as well as the ability to debug issues and guide teams in implementing scalable solutions.
