Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide architecture and design for applications built with React (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS (backend), using GraphQL and REST APIs.

• Team Management: Mentor, grow, and manage a team of engineers working across the stack; establish best practices in development and collaboration.

• Project Execution: Own delivery of complex fullstack features, ensuring quality, security, and performance within tight deadlines. Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery plans.

• Code & Architecture Reviews: Ensure clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture; enforce coding standards and design patterns.

• Scalability & Performance: Design for scalability and optimize applications for high performance and user experience. Innovation: Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies.
