• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  
• Strong expertise in .NET MAUI, C#, and cross-platform mobile development
  
• Proven experience in architecture design and delivering mobile applications from scratch
  
• English proficiency at C1 level
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  
• Experience in medical or healthcare projects (nice to have)
  
• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (nice to have)
  
• German language skills (nice to have)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Technical Leader – Mobile App Development (.NET MAUI) and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the medical area.

As a Technical Leader, you will oversee the technical direction and architecture of a mobile application developed with .NET MAUI. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-quality solution.
