• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership
• Strong expertise in AWS Serverless Architecture (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS)
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with GraphQL / AWS AppSync
• Familiar with tools like SonarQube, GitLab, CloudWatch, XRay, or Splunk
• Solid grasp of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
• Occasional hands-on development when needed
• Experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join a long-term project for one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The project focuses on the digital transformation and automation of laboratory environments, helping R&D teams improve experiment planning and execution through modern cloud-based solutions.

,[Take full technical ownership of cloud-based software projects and ensure successful delivery, Act as a key interface between business, IT, and development teams (support in Business Analysis, participate in PI Planning, coordinate feature estimations), Collaborate closely with DevOps, developers, and validation leads, Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs) are addressed and well-documented, Review and document technical designs and architecture, Support architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, reusability, and maintainability, Promote Security & Compliance by enforcing code reviews and leveraging code scanning tools, Take responsibility for technical documentation (e.g. C4 Model, Architecture Decision Records, Interface Specs), Approve or contribute to architecture and solution design documentation, Work with the Validation Lead to support compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes] Requirements: AWS, React, Next.js, Terraform, GraphQL, GitLab, CI/CD, SonarQube, DevOps, Xray, Splunk Additionally: Remote work.
