• Min. 12 years in application management / AMS leadership roles, with strong financial services experience.  
• Proven track record in leading Fenergo CLM/KYC support teams.  
• Deep knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and client lifecycle management processes.  
• Advanced skills in API troubleshooting, SQL performance diagnostics, and job scheduling/monitoring.  
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.  
• ITIL certification and experience implementing ITSM best practices.  
• Communicative English

We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Fenergo KYC/CLM to lead our L1/L2 application support function. 

,[Lead and manage the L1/L2 Fenergo AMS support team, ensuring SLA adherence.  , Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical incidents.  , Define and maintain operational standards, runbooks, and escalation processes.  , Oversee cross-system integrations (CRM, AML, document management).  , Drive root cause analysis, trend identification, and implementation of preventive measures.  , Coordinate with infrastructure, BA, and vendor teams on platform changes, releases, and enhancements.  , Define monitoring strategies and reporting frameworks to ensure proactive system health management.  , Mentor senior engineers and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.  ] Requirements: L2, SLA, CRM, API, SQL, ITIL, Fenergo Additionally: Remote work, Udemy for business, Sport subscription, International projects, Private healthcare.
