• Demonstrated knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem or Google Cloud Platform, coupled with strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills
• Ability to deconstruct requirements into detailed components and translate business needs for delivery partners
• Experience in project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, with proficiency in tools like Confluence and JIRA for writing and refining both technical and business user stories
• Relevant experience in technical business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and re-engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and proactively
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to articulate complex information clearly, meaningfully, and in a structured manner tailored to the audience
• Expertise in system analysis to identify gaps and improve systems by understanding technical aspects such as APIs, data mapping, and integration
• Hands-on experience in data mastering
• Experience with data governance processes and understanding of data lake architectures
• Good understanding of metadata and its management
• Understanding of data architecture and data modelling, including differentiating between various data models. Hands-on experience in data modelling, particularly physical data modelling, is advantageous
• Exposure to or experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, is advantageous
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Proven ability to work across regions with senior stakeholders
• Ability to identify, define, and solve problems using systemic thinking and creativity
• Knowledge and experience in financial services
