Business Analysis:

• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements (e.g., user stories).
• Process modelling expertise (e.g., UML diagrams, workflows).
• Ability to turn business needs into technical documentation.

Product Control Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., derivatives, equities, FX, fixed income).
• Familiarity with P&L analysis, valuation, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts, trade lifecycle, and regulatory expectations.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modelling.
• Basic knowledge of Python for automation or analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, training materials, and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

Project & Delivery:

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance aspects impacting financial systems.
