Youre ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech sectors 
• Strong experience working in DevOps environments with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines 
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Nexus/Sonatype 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management 
• Proven ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset 
• Solid understanding of IT controls, governance, and best practices 
• Experience documenting, mapping, and analysing business processes 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Familiarity with database concepts and data analysis 

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with large matrix organizations and cross-functional project delivery 
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools for performance management 
• Previous experience with M&A, system integrations, or divestiture projects 
• Ability to speak or read in additional languages

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking a large-scale technology transformation project aimed at enhancing DevOps practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and improving application monitoring and deployment. You will be playing a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both strategic objectives and operational requirements.
