• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Our systems enable trading across multiple asset classes — from low-latency trading applications to large-scale Microservices platforms. Within this structure, Finance IT is a specialized group focused on delivering independent Front Office and Risk model reviews, as well as Profit and Loss analysis tools that support Product Control and Market Risk Management.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our global team. You will work closely with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders across Poland, the UK, India, and China. The team is responsible for designing and delivering strategic analysis and reporting systems for Product Control.
