Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development.
- Deep, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including declarative and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura).
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) and its core features (e.g., Household data model, Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts).
- Understanding of contact center technologies and experience integrating them with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, pub/sub, request/response) and data transformation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional).
