Desired Experience: 

• Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managing mid-size engineering team, preferably full stack 
• Strong technical expertise in frontend (React) and backend (Python) development with proven track of record 
• Hands-on experience in building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and data processing. 
• Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data analytics platforms will be a plus. 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/Git) and agile methodologies (Kanban, weekly releases) . 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams. 
• Creativity and initiative in improving existing solutions and infrastructure. 
• Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising is a big plus.

You Will:

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager experienced in leading engineering teams and designing complex systems to build and guide a newly strengthened engineering team. You will combine leadership with deep technical ownership, focusing on frontend, backend, and data layers. This role blends people management with system architecture, giving you the opportunity to shape one of the most critical components of our AdTech infrastructure.
