REQUIREMENTS

• 5–6 years of experience with Python 
• 1–2 years of technical leadership experience 
• Experience with Python (OOP), Flask, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2 
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) 
• Experience working with CI/CD, GitLab, and Agile methodologies 
• SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis) 
• Experience with AWS, Git, Bash 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Fluent English for direct communication with client 

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Tech Lead Python Developer in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil) or Poland.
