We’re on the lookout for a skilled Senior Java Developer whos ready to take the leap into a Technical Lead position. This is a long-term opportunity within the investment banking space, where youll help shape modern platforms that support global market financing. Youll be collaborating closely with distributed teams across multiple regions.

? Location: Hybrid model – Kraków, Poland (2–3 days/week onsite)
? Contract: B2B | Rate: 185–205 PLN/hour
? Start Date: August or September | Duration: 12 months

? About the Project:

You’ll be working in a fast-moving Agile setup, joining a cross-functional squad as part of a larger delivery structure. The work focuses on both building new features and modernizing an existing platform — used by internal teams and external stakeholders alike.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to start in August or September
• Willingness to work on-site in Kraków 2–3 times per week
