• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years with Golang in commercial projects.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead – team leadership, code reviews, and architectural ownership.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Nice to have: experience in the travel industry or large-scale e-commerce systems.
