What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in the financial services sector, ideally in Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, or Investment Operations.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience, with direct reports (team management experience required).
• Strong understanding of operational risks and process optimization.
• Ability to navigate a fast-changing environment and lead teams through process migrations and transformations.
• Excellent client communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English is required; German at B2 level (communicative) is a must.

Nice to have:

• Experience with process migrations or operational transitions.
• Background in working with fund managers or distributors.
• Ability to handle escalations and high-volume environments with a problem-solving mindset.
