✅ What We’re Looking For

– 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
– Deep knowledge of React Native and Node.js
– Strong JavaScript skills (ES6+), REST API design, and architecture patterns
– Experience with app deployment (App Store / Google Play)
– Confident in leading dev discussions and giving code feedback
– Familiar with Git, CI/CD, agile methodologies
– B2+ level English or higher
– Independent, reliable, and comfortable with async work

✨ Bonus Points

– Experience with React.js, Next.js, Express, or Firebase
– Background in native mobile dev or mobile performance tuning
– Experience integrating AI-powered features
– Familiarity with dev tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, or V0
– Previous work in startups or small teams
– Prior Tech Lead / Team Lead experience

We’re now looking for a contract-based Team Lead - a strong technical expert who can lead projects, mentor developers, and shape smart architecture decisions. This is a fully remote and hourly-paid role.

? Your Role

As our Tech Lead on contract, you’ll work closely with our dev team and product stakeholders to ensure everything we ship is fast, clean, and scalable. 

? Compensation

– $25–37/hour - depending on experience and seniority
– For reference: working 160 hours/month (full-time) would equal up to ~$4000 - $6000/month
– 100% remote with flexible working hours
